REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the item within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery without giving any reason.

Return Conditions:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@apexlineshop.com with your order number.
  2. 2. The returned item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and show no signs of use.
  3. The item, along with proof of purchase, must be sent to the following address: LIKSNAS IELA 12, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account or credit/debit card) used to make the purchase.
